Wizard World Anaheim 2010: Mark Lutz

His portrayal as a warrior of Pylea who fell for Cordelia is well-known. He’s often asked about that role.

These days, he’s getting more into producing and writing. He was part of the production of Victor, the story of Victor Davis, who won a gold medal at the 1984 Olympics. "I was a swimmer for a lot of years," he said. "I originally wanted to do a "Rocky" in the pool kind of story and I sort of stumbled upon that and realized "this is actually a true story’, all the better to do a true story as opposed to a fictional story. I thought it was an amzingly inspirational and yet tragic story, and I thought it was amazing that it never had been told before."

The TV movie went on win two Gemini Awards, Canada’s version of the Emmys.

He’s currently writing a sitcom pilot for CBC, and working on another bio-pic.
