“Firefly:Browncoats Unite” Premieres on Science Channel

Man, these folks love Firefly as much as the Browncoats.

During San Diego Comic Con the Science Channel sponsored the 10th Anniversary panel (running Hall H ain’t cheap), held special events and seem to have videotaped everyone and everything Firefly related.  Then they went to New York Comic Con last month.

On November 11, the Science Channel will bring you a Firefly 10th Anniversary Special Event.   They say “it’s (literally) been 10 years in the making and there’s nearly two hours of extra footage that just couldn’t be squeezed into the hour-long special.”

Science Channel is asking that the fans start tweeting @ScienceChannel with #FireflyNov11 A new video of  the best moments that WILL NEVER AIR ON TELEVISION (or anywhere else they say) video will unlock for every 5,000 tweets that enter the Twitter ‘verse.  There are four such videos.

Can’t wait? Watch Firefly clips now.
