NYCC 2013: Sleepy Hollow Interviews

The new hit FOX series, Sleepy Hollow, was out in full force at this year’s New York Comic Con.

A gaggle of Sleepy Hollow folks were on hand at this year’s New York Comic Con to talk about the exciting events coming up on the hit show.  Executive Producers Len Wiseman and Alex Kurtzman, plus series stars Tom Mison (Ichabod Crane), Nicole Beharie (Lt. Abby Mills), Orlando Jones (Captain Frank Irving), and Katia Winter (Katrina Crane) were all on hand to talk about what lies a-head for our intrepid heroes.

Katia Winter and Tom Mison discuss what’s ahead — or not a head — for the town of Sleepy Hollow.  They talk about seeing more background flashbacks for Ichabod and Katrina, #sassy Hollow, the Katrina/Ichabod/Abby equation and more.

Orlando Jones and Nicole Beharie share Orlrando’s British accent, scary moments, comedy vs. the supernatural, being a nerd, and Nicole’s chemistry with Tom Mison.

Orlando Jones and Nicole Beharie talk about relating to — or not relating to — their characters and Abby’s skepticism.

Orlando Jones and Nicole Beharie discuss Abby’s family, diversity in casting, the movie “42,” and upping the ante in the story arc.

Executive Producers Len Wiseman and Alex Kurtzman talk about keeping the show scary but fun, partnering with FOX, influence of shows like The X-Files, that demon in the mirror and the new “cable model” for series.

Sleepy Hollow airs on FOX every Monday night at 9/8c.
